We are located in Thamesmead, South-East London. The exact address will be sent via email prior to your appointment.
You will be required to fill out a consent and medical history form prior to your appointment. This will be sent to you via e-mail, please do ensure that this is filled out before your appointment.
Please note: You must be over the age of 18 to receive any treatment with us. You will be asked to provide identification ie. passport or driver license.
A non-refundable booking fee of £30 is required to secure your booking, this will be deducted from the total amount. Remaining balance can be paid via cash or bank transfer.
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you would need to do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any later, would result in a loss of your booking fee and would require you to make a new appointment.
You are entitled to reschedule your appointment once without losing your booking fee. If you need to reschedule again, you will be required to pay a new booking fee.
No shows will be banned from re-booking.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. We understand that unexpected situations may occur, in such cases please let us know ahead of time that you are running late.
You will be given a 20 minutes grace period. if you are later than 20 minutes – to respect the time of our other clients, your appointment may get cancelled. In which case, your booking fee will be lost.
